Hee. I love Hans. WHAA! *beam* Heh - I've been working on the sequel-ish thing with him in it. But anyway! Here's a scene with Dell and Xander. It's pretty good!

Dell sighed and put his chin in his hand, looking across the desk at his friend. "Do you enjoy being so damned inscrutable? It drives me mad."
"Forgive me," Xander said with no sincerity. "I'll try to keep in mind that your sanity rests solely on me." He glanced up at Dell from the report he was reading. "Assuming, of course, that said sanity is even there at all."
Dell smiled. "Oh come, come. I'm certainly not - " He paused. "Well. I'll be. All that just to make me change the subject. Sneaky bastard, aren't you?"
"You give me too much credit. I let you ramble on and the subject changes itself."
"Well I'll just have to shift the conversation back on course." He put both elbows on the desk and let his chin rest on top of knitted fingers. "You like her."
"She's a capable member of our team."
"And quite beautiful as well, wouldn't you agree? That thick, lovely blonde hair, those bright, intelligent eyes. I've heard more than a few soldiers express interest." He paused to gauge Xan's reaction. He was quite pleased to see the other man bristling. "And that wonderful face! She's a treat to behold. One can only wonder if the rest of her is as... well-formed."
Xander glared at the general coldly. "I don't think Anna would appreciate being talked about in such a manner."
"You mean you really haven't noticed?" Dell feigned surprise. "Well if Anna's not the one your heart yearns for... and I've never seen you give our Bertha a glance..." He gasped. "Oh my stars! You love... me!"
Xander blinked. "You're a man, Dell."
Dell put a hand to his chest. "Oh, Xander darling, you've finally noticed." He chuckled to himself as Xan rolled his eyes.
