So I got promoted to night time product specialist which is a fancey way of saving I'm a supervisior but not a coach who has their own team... so basically i get all the bitchy customers and make sure agents show up to work on time and are here and we're making service level and stuff. I guess it's not bad for three months... there have been many more people on this campaign longer then me who should have been promoted but oh well.
Any ways other then that not much else is happening. Jamie is going in tommorow to file for bankruptcy.. it sucks but he will never be able to catch up on all his credit cards under control they want like 200-300 payments every month and we cant afford that with students loans and everything else. So he pays 150 dollars for the next 9 months and then its over. It also makes it so these freakin bastards cant call a million times a day and threaten to take him to court..... God I hate money
