I swear, some people are so fucking stupid. I went to 7/11 earlier tonight and bought a pack of Marlboros. The total was $4.04, okay great. I gave the girl a 5 dollar bill and said "wait a sec, I have 4 pennies". So, she gets my four pennies along with the 5 dollars. She gives me 3 1 dollar bills and tells me to wait a sec, she owes me a dollar and then gives me the dollar. Now, I'm no genius but I do know that I should've received $1.00 back. I gave the bitch $5.04. The cigarettes were $4.04 and she gives me $4.00 back. Okay, so I didn't tell her that I was only supposed to get $1.00 back but hey, free money is free money. I felt that she owed me that $3.00, just for being in the presence of such an idiot. I hate stupid people. Anyways, I have to go to Crystal Spring Imaging tomorrow morning to get an Upper G.I. done. I have had very severe stomach problems since like late 2001 but, didn't get really bad until October 2003. At that time, the pains didn't come all that frequently but were bad. For the past 6 months or so, I have had these stomach pains at least 2 or 3 times a week and they are getting worse. So, my doctor finally decided to get an Upper G.I. and I can't wait because, I want to find out what the hell is going on and put a stop to it because, it sucks royally. It's like right under my left rib cage near the bottom. It hurts in the same spot every single time and the pain lasts from anywhere around 4 hours - 48 hours. It's really bad. I don't wish that kind of pain upon anyone. It's debilitating. I can't do nothing but lay on my stomach and pray that it goes away. I have taken every kind of over the counter medicine available and nothing has helped. I have taken several prescription medicines specifically for stomach pains, stomach spasms, gastritis, IBS, none of them have worked. The only medicine that helps relieve the pain, that I have found, is Lortabs. I found that out because one night, I was desperate with pain. The pain went on and on for like 8 hours and I couldn't go to sleep so, I took a Lortab and about 30 minutes later, the pain stopped. I had the Lortabs from when I broke my toe a while back. I only took a few of them so, I had a whole bottle of them. Now, I only have one left. Hopefully, I won't have to take it and they found out what the hell is going on and fix it. I tell ya, I don't know how much more I can take of this shit. I did some research online a few weeks ago, to try to figure out what is going on and, it said that if you have pain in the upper left part of your abdomen, it is very uncommon to experience pain there and if you do, it is serious and, is probably either your spleen, gall bladder, stomach or large intestine ( I think it was large intestine, it could've been small intestine or colon, I can't remember), and to seek medical advice immediately. That's what I did. My doctor tried to say it is probably gastritis and gave me some sample medicines and told me to take them for two weeks and if there is no improvement to come back and we'll try something else. I knew it wasn't gastritis because that is what she said it was last year and gave me medicine that didn't help. And then she said it was probably Irritable Bowel Syndrome gave me medicine and that didn't help. So, I know for a fact that it's not gastritis and it's not IBS. So, why the hell would she even assume that, knowing that the medicine didn't help last time? Anyway, so, I took the sample medicine for 2 weeks. During that 2 week period, my stomach hurt 5 times. I called her exactly 14 days later and told her nurse that the medicine hasn't helped at all and that my stomach has hurt for 5 days out of 14 and I was wondering what the doctor wanted me to do next. Well, she called me back a few hours later and said that the doctor set up an appointment for an Upper G.I. at Crystal Spring Imaging on October 4th and she also set up an appointment with a gastroenterologist November 29th. So, I'm hopefully on my way to beating this thing. One can always hope. Man, my girls are getting so damn big. I measured them both today. Alyssa, who will be 7 December 8th, is 50 inches tall (4 feet 2 inches), and wears a size 1 1/2 shoe! She is probably the tallest person in her class. I'm not kidding. Stephanie (she's probably going to be the 6 footer) just turned 4 May 12th and, is 44 inches tall (3 feet 8 inches) and wears a size 12 shoe! Alyssa is tall as hell but, Stephanie will be taller and that is a fact. Alyssa is 2 1/2 years older than Stephanie and she is only 6 inches taller than her sister. Stephie is catching up to her in a hurry. I did some research today, after measuring them, to see what the growth averages are for kids and it didn't list every age, it listed 2, 5, 10, and 15 year olds. However, the average height for 5 year olds, both girls and boys, is between 40 and 47 inches. Stephie is 44. Her height is average for 5 year olds! Now, for 10 year old girls, their average height is between 50 and 59 inches. Alyssa is 50 inches. Her height is that of a 10 year old! I just couldn't believe that. Well, I can because I know they are tall. Everywhere I go, people are surprised about how old they are when I tell them. Alyssa is doing extremely good at school. She has gotten a 100 A on every single test. Spelling, Science, everything. She had a field trip to the Explore Park on the 24th I think. She really enjoyed it. I was going to chaperon but, decided to wait and go on their next field trip to the Science Museum. I know I would enjoy that myself. I have been their once, when I was a kid. I loved it. I'm probably going to sign Stephie up for speech classes this year so, she can be ready for school next year. She has trouble saying certain sounds like "s" and "j". She kind of has a lisp or something. She sounds really cute but, most people can't understand her sometimes. She starts talking real fast and all you can catch is "sususus susus sususu" LOL. Her speech is getting better but, definitely needs improvement in certain areas. She is wide open too boy. From the time she wakes up 'til the time she goes to bed, she is wired! Stubborn as hell too, just like her mama. LOL.
