Oh hey, is this thing working? Oh Good.

[The camera comes on to Vriska's face for a second before turning to the road in front of her.]

So I got myself a couple more of these Pokémon since I last posted on here when I got Marquise.

[Grabbing a Pokéball she lets out the creature inside. A Magikarp flops on the ground.]This is Camer-- Tavros you ( Read more... )

Tavros, Tavroooos....ah, where do I know that name from? I know a lot of names, bound to forget some now and then.

Anyway. Not really sure you'll get anywhere in a fight with a Magikarp. They don't really fight much--not that that's a bad thing, Adric doesn't do much but sleep and float about. No idea about the rabbit, though, never seen one of those before.

[video] well....8etterl8 and all that. xD *makes 8ad puns* 8etterl8 September 1 2011, 17:44:36 UTC
Good think I don't plan on doing much with the stupid fish then. Just let him get his ass sufficiently kicked for experience and then recall him. That's how it works isn't it.

Cameron here though. He'll be the most rugged awesome rabbit thing! He's still young, but with some work and the right training, he'll be able to take on anyone.

I have a couple more too. Were you up for a challenge?

Oh, I don't really fight. Much. At least not when I don't have to.

Then again, it seems I have to pretty often. Like that one kid with the Rattata, I don't think he ever plans to leave me alone. Then again I also didn't think the top percentage of purple mice was much to write home about.

Well who cares about some stupid purpley mice. I battled some of those creatures on my way to Violet, and they were puny and wimpy and not worth my time. [Like Magikarps are.]

Anyway it's too bad, you're not up for a battle. Could have shown you what Cameron's capable of.

I know enough to assume that the little fluffy ones are usually the most dangerous. For all I know that little bunny could just start throwing black holes around.

If any-bunny could it would be Cameron here. Named after the most rugged earthman I've ever seen.

Really now, who might that be? Don't think I've ever met an earthling named Cameron. ...well I might have. But I don't think I have. I've met a lot of humans, brilliant ones at that. None of them named Cameron, though.

He alos goes by Nicholas Cage. He's from the Earth film 'Con Air', which isn't as bad as I thought it would be just from hearing the plot. Though Earth films have such short titles! You don't get what the movie is about just from 'Con Air'.

[Troll titles are much more informative if not outright spoiling]

Don't think I saw that one, nope.

It's about other stuff too, but mostly Cameron Poe running around being badass and rugged, and blowing things up and fighting off other less rugged humans.

Which is how Cameron here is going to be eventually. Though it's a bit weird, 'cause his lusus is named after his daughter. Hadn't really thought of that yet.

Oh, well. Funny little paradox, you'd be surprised how often those happen.

Sorry. Right. Not sure I introduced myself, I'm the Doctor.

[She raises an eyebrow at the name 'Doctor', but refrains from actually commenting.]

Vriska Serket. And it doesn't really surprise me much at all. My life seems to be full of paradoxes and time shenanigans lately.

Well, really, I suppose I could say the same. Then again, 'time shenanigans' are practically in my job description.

...Vriska? [Riiiiight, he'd heard that name before. Now he knew why 'Tavros' sounded familiar.] Nice to meet you.

Well it's not in my job description. I deal in luck. [She shrugs]

So what, are you just the Doctor then? That's it, a title?

Just the Doctor. Capital letter, definite article, I keep telling people that makes things important.
