last night
we were at bellarmine. there was a house on the front lawn now, with a separate driveway leading up to it. no explanation. i was with someone and showing them around. i had the feeling that i was older than i am now.
then...
we were at a wedding reception, but i have no idea who the participants were. the reception happened before the actual wedding itself, which is somewhat odd. I was standing around at the reception when a group of asian people asked me to take their picture. I was getting ready to, and something happened with the group where the dematerialized into the throng for a moment. when they came back they tried to get someone else to take their picture. another incident occurred that stopped the picture taking from happening, but then they found someone else to try to take their picture. again, no luck. finally i came back into the scene and was all set to take their picture, but i couldn't get the digital camera to work. it wouldn't seem to project the screen picture in the direction i was pointing it. they were all looking at me like i was a moron, so i relented and handed the camera back over.
the wedding was performed in more or less the classical christian/catholic form. i was on the left side, next to ben. i knew most of the chants and prayers.
i was taking the bus home in some city with my mother and her mother in law. they were arguing of course. i think my grandmother in law was a little drunk. there was also an older drunk person on the bus who was flirting with me. scary. anyway, as the two were arguing(something about an affair when my mom was conceived, and who the real mother was????) i spied a pair of jets approaching overhead. the jets appeared to be going backwards, flying in tandem, and left. i mentioned this and someone else(a boy) belittled me saying, "they're not flying backwards, those are the new jets" where upon i saw a model of one(maybe one of the actual jets i just saw) rotate in the sky. the front of the jet was at odd angles, and while the overall design was never quite decided and always in flux, it did look somewhat backwards and very futuristic.
come to think of it, everything was slightly futuristic. as if i was living in the year 2020.
back at the house a whole lot of people were living, and pets were everywhere. this wasn't my house, but a several story house, made me feel like chicago. anyway, adam had 3 or 4 skunks which were adorable. he said that they liked to spray the dogs every morning, but that was it on smell. i found a small hamster like thing that resembled a pig somewhat(not a guinea pig)and it was blue. so cute, i kept it and put it upstairsr in my room.
and then i'm on my way to see a concert with ben and celeste, the concert somewhere on the south side of western's campus. ben decided to park on the corner of bill mcdonald and s. college way, which had somehow produced a large hill with grass. he parked in the grass because he objected to the parking lots. and then i woke up to the phone
