Im sick of waking up at 445 every morning to go work my ass off. then im too tired to do anything, and i have no time to do it in anyways because i have to go to bed early in order to wake up at this ungodly early time. i have so much more respect for people who do it. but then again, less respect. less respect because they would settle for something as mediocre as this. i guess if it makes them happy, then more power to them, the cost of waking up at 445 in the morning and going to bed early is nothing to them. but for the people who want more out of their life, and find no joy in this kind of work, i am sorry for them.
i heard on the news yesterday that all of the strawberry farmers around here are hurting for help. the farmers didnt leave anybody to question when asked for a possible reason that they were lacking help. they said it flat out- something along the lines of 'the border security is tighter, so its harder to find illegal aliens.' what the fuck? seriously. its ridiculous that this is true. its sad, but mostly ridiculous. and what the sad part really is, is that since they are lacking in theyre illegal chinese and mexican migrant workers, there is going to be a significantly less amount of strawberries in the stores. why? why would they bother hiring americans who live nearby the farms who are legal residents? because they would have to pay them minimum wage. fucking assholes. i hate money, and i think everybody who is in love with it and does shit like this should be gathered up and thrown into a hole. not shot and thrown into a hole, but just thrown into a hole and left there to rot, burried alive. FUCK. it sounds lame that im freaking out over fucking strawberries, but 1. strawberries are good, and 2. its not just strawberries, its every crop.
also, something i found funny. ive been looking for a subaru outback or legacy wagon as of late to replace my shitty audi. since i want one that will actually last, ive been looking for newer ones at car lots. over half of the inventory of these used car lots are...? yes, fucking suv's! its so funny to me that the stock of these car lots are so dominated by suvs. because, just 2 or 3 years ago, everybody and their fucking mother went out and bought an suv, because theyre so badass, and if they got in a wreck, theyd just demolish the other person in their economically sound coupe. who cares if they cost more right they make people feel safe. idiots. and now that gas prices have gone up, peopel have realized their stupidity in purchasing a big hunk of shit that is supposed to get htem from point a to point be in a safe and cheap way. theyve realized that owning a "safe" vehicle that gets well under 20 miles/gallon isnt as economical as owning a commuter car that gets excellent gas mileage. this should never have happened, but it has because americans are idiots and have way too big of egos. if they have a big truck, it must mean they are tough. 99% of them are never going to use it for hauling, or for going offroad. they just want it so people can be like, oooh look at that person, they have money and theyre tough. they might as well call suvs freedom vehicles. because it would show your american spirit buying an imported car that wastes gas. all of these people can join everybody in that giant whole, which is now going to be lined with razorblades and covered in tons upon tons of fireants.
