on friday i was asked if last night (monday) i could do a favour for her, and escort her daughter to a concert.
...it was slipknot / machinehead.
it actually wasn't as bad/scary as i thought it would be. slipknot were pretty entertaining.
but i forgot how annoying and smelly metalheads could be. the whole night i felt like my head was in someone's armpit. i think i was the most colourful person there and the only colour i was wearing was a blue cardigan.
all in all, it was an interesting experience. and a free one at that.
p.s. they didn't play wait & bleed. hello, it's the only song people know. as if not play it.
