my birthday fireban bbq
highs:
- the turn out at my birthday "bbq"
- bebe being there and being pretty entertaining
- having a few people around that really deserve my time
lows:
- there being a fireban yesterday
- people acting like tools
- a couple of people letting me down as usual
- sun stroke
all in all, it was a good turn out but it's not something i'd do again. it was definitely too hot down at the park to do it, but there was no way i was having everyone at our house for a bbq. i paid a price for it, but that happens sometimes.
work is pretty lame, but i'm leaving as soon as i've covered someone's holidays in april. the interviews keep coming and going so i may have to live off my annual leave for a while. but i'm somewhat happy to do that as long as i'm not working in a place that has no respect for me or anyone else.
that's pretty much it. just the usual work and sleep happening in my life at the moment. when i'm awake i think about work, and when i'm asleep i dream about shit that goes on at work. it's lame but there's only a month or so to go! yay.
