Question about Call me anytime fanfic

Call me anytime chapter 3 is written. But we decided with Blackheat we post when chapter 2 reaches 500 visitors.
We were waiting and we noticed that the number of visitors are increasing on chapter 1 everyday, but not on chapter 2. So far, chapter 1 was read by more than 800 visitor while chapter 2 didn't even reach 500.
We are just curious, what is
