Into//No event// Meep Meep!

Out in Infinity, a loud whooshing of air was heard, as a white cloud appears in quick gathering.  As it starts to disappear, a blue bird is standing out in the streets glancing about wordlessly.

He leans down to peck at an itch under his wing, as he lets his guard down.  Roadrunner glances up again, as he pecks at another itch, glancing about.

[Well, well, well! Looks like Wile's luck has changed!

[He starts sneaking up behind Road Runner, ever so carefully. Closer... closer...

[POUNCE!]

[roadrunner_beep]

((OOC: And you made mine~! Shall we let the old school hilarity begin? :D))

And Roadrunner sidesteps as Coyote lunges for him, making the "ppfh pffh" noise with his tongue and takes off

(OOC: Lets!)

[Wile faceplants on the ground, leaps up, snarls, and gives chase!]

[roadrunner_beep]

((OOC: Let's begin, shall we? :D))

MEEP MEEP!

**Off runs roadrunner, as his tail swishes behind him**

[Burns up the road in hot pursuit]

[roadrunner_beep]

**Roadrunner continues on running down the road, as he meep meeps at the coyote and takes off with a giant burst of speed**

[And as usual, Wile can't keep up. He grinds to a halt and slumps to the ground in disgust. His annoyance doesn't last for long, however, as an idea comes to him. With a leer, he gets up and runs off.

[A short while later, there's a pile of birdseed sitting on the road, and, suspended on a rope overhead, a giant ACME Road Runner trap. Hidden behind a building, Wile hangs on to the rope and waits, knowing the lure of food will draw his quarry out.]

(OOC: Ah yes, old school traps! Got to love them XD)

((OOC: Oh, yush. They are always fun~!))

**Roadrunner stops and starts to chow down, as he lifts up his head, licks his lips, and continues eating**

[Wile E licks his own lips, and yanks on the rope ... to no avail. He yanks again, but nothing happens. He tries a third time, but the trap STILL doesn't spring!]

[roadrunner_beep]

Beep beep!

**Off Roadrunner goes, disappearing in a cloud of smoke**

[Wile E storms out and starts tugging at the trap, hoping to trigger it. Too late he realises what he's doing, and looks up in dismay as the trap comes down ... squarely on him!]

[roadrunner_beep]

**Roadrunner zips back in front of the box where the trap came from and pointed to it with a wing.**

[Wile E looks and sees that the sticker shows the trap is actually made by the Road Runner Company, Inc. He growls and kicks a bar, and then leaps up and down in pain.

[Road Runner :1 ; Wile E :0, again]

[roadrunner_beep]

BEEP BEEP!

**Roadrunner takes off again, as he flicks his tail at Coyote**

[Wile E snarls and takes off after Roadrunner again!]

[roadrunner_beep]

**Off Roadrunner goes again, kicking up a cloud of dust behind him**
