The black haired Lab tech had only placed him down for just one second and like some for of actual witch's cat he'd disappeared from her sight.

"Thackery? Thackery where are you, you mischievous feline?" She called out hoping that he hadn't gotten himself hurt before she was sure she'd seen a black cat dash into the building in front of her.

"ACHOOACHOOACHOOACHOO!!" Loud sneezing was heard from the building, as Thackery, covered in dust, then appeared in the doorway, meowing at her.

"Well that's what you get for walking into a strange dusty building." She sighed as she crouched down to brush off as much of the grey dust out of his raven black fur. "Might have to give you a bath if you get covered again." Abby hoped that would be enough of a threat for him to stay out of trouble for a bit.

"May not--CHOO--be a bad idea..." Thackery sneezed, glancing up at her, as he meowed. "...what is this place anyways?"

"I thought cats didn't like water?" But then again Thackery Binx wasn't a normal cat. "I have no idea but if you promise not to wander off again we can go and explore."

"I prom...CHOO!!...promise..." Thackery sniffled, meowing at her again. "...this place is so dusty..."

"That's because it hasn't been used in quite sometime silly." Abby stated with a small chuckle as she walked on before him. "You up to walking or do you want me to carry you?"

"I wouldn't have offered if I was gonna say no." Abby states before bending down to scoop the mass of silky, soft black fur into her arms. "So which way do you want to explore first?"

"Whichever you'd like..." Thackery purred gently, cuddling up in the human's arms, tail gently swishing about. "...I'm game with just about anything.".

"Okay, lets find some stares and start from the top and work our way down." She replied before continuing down the corridor they were already walking down, idly running her hand through his soft fur.

"Works for me..." Thackery purred, as the little purring engine sound started to grow and sound almost like a race car engine.

"I really do wish that I could take you to work with me but the director wouldn't allow it and your hair could mess up the samples." Abby commented as she started to climb the stair once she had found them, wondering what was at the top of them.

"I could always ride on your shoulder or your head." Thackery offered, stretching slightly in her arms. "...if that would make it easier..."

"But if I put you there I can't stroke you." She stated with a pout, loving the feel of his fur running through her fingers. "Okay, top floor."

"Well, it makes it easier for you to work, doesn't it?" Thackery said, glancing at her. "...I wonder what's up here..."
