Today was a good Thanksgiving, lots of good time spent with my family.
There is a river of lights
cascading into my eyes

the music is conducive for thought.
Highschool seems like yesterday, but what has it been? almost twenty years now? Today is a day for remembering, reminicing, surprises. I go to visit Michael and Giovanna's studio today, both of their works are beautiful. his drawings and paintings go well with her photographs. they are both doing well with their studio, making a name for themselves. I stopped by a classroom today at the college, Music Composition. Chentelle (Ms Smith) was bent over a guitar, teaching some chords. shes the top professor at the college now, head of the music department. Jeremy works their too, molecular studies. working one plastics of some sort. I pass by and see Nicholas on the TV, hes pitching, doing pretty well. I stop at a newsstand and first see the New York Times. under the title is "Editor-in-Chief : Danielle Brend". next to the newspapers is the newest copy of Ms. Adam's music 'zine. i pick up a copy of both. I walk to work, set up the amps, meet up with the band. we start touring next week, for almost two months. its going to be grueling, but i cant say that i have it bad.
What if everyone had the money to get the best education they could get? where would all of us be in ten, twenty, fifty years? what decisions do we make now that will affect our future?
