1. Take this Prison Break cap.

2. Something I've been doing a bit lately, is cropping my subjects really low near the bottom,
and leaving some empty space up top.

3. Duplicate base and set to Screen 100% opacity.

4. Fill layer with #CCCCCC and set to Color Burn 50% opacity.

5. Fill layer with #001C3A and set to Exclusion 100% opacity.

6. Fill layer with #FDF4DB and set to Color Burn 40% opacity.

7. Fill layer with #8BE0FD and set to Soft Light 60% opacity.

8. Fill layer with #E2A5A0 and set to Overlay 30% opacity.

9. Duplicate base and bring to top. Set to Soft Light 90% opacity.

10. I took the eyedropper tool and selected a colour (#FBEEE1) from the sky. Then I took a soft brush and painted in the sky to create a nice blend.

11. Go to Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Brightness/Contrast. Adjust Contrast to +10.

12. Stamp a new layer (Shift-Ctrl-Alt-E) and sharpen it, 30% opacity.

13. Paste the following texture and set to Darken 25% opacity. Rotate it horizontally.
Go to Enhance -> Adjust Color -> Color Variations. Under midtones, I increased the green tones.
I erased some of the bits at the bottom covering their faces.

14. Paste the following texture by
damnicons. Set to Soft Light 40% opacity. Rotate 90 degrees to the left. In Color Variations, I increased the blue tones. Again, I erased the bits covering their faces.

15. I thought it still looked a little flat, so I added another contrast layer... Contrast +15.
