Everyone is playing the Blame Game over this school shooting, forgetting that people are doing what they always do, what they've always done.

Media is blaming the shooter's mom, protesters are blaming the NRA, NRA - of course - points the finger at violent movies and video games.

Which is hilarious.

I mean, violence has existed since the Dawn: insects, animals, humans, are all capable of extreme violence.

Take the Wild West, before video games and movies. Who did they blame Jesse James' - and other like-minded individuals - behaviour on?
Surely not on the violence in video games and movies.

They say the first gun was invented in China during the Song Dynasty in 500 AD.
"Human Thunder," it was called, and it turned the tide of the war.
And the world.

With it, the Chinese triumphed over the Mongols, bringing about the Ming Dynasty - Ming meaning Bright.

If people want to be irrational and unreasonable, then blame the Chinese for inventing the first gun.

And while you people squabble over human conditioning, I'll maintain the belief that if the shooter had really wanted the kill his mother and those children, with or without a gun, he would have.

People are violent.
Guns only allow this basic human instinct a chance at simplicity.
