I made a delicious vegetarian dish for dinner Sunday night that I highly recommend. This mushroom bourguignon is terrific. It takes a while to make, but it tastes just fine reheated. Next time, I will make it the night before and reheat it, so we can have it on a weeknight. It's perfect for when you are feeding vegetarians and meat-eaters together. Both S and D loved it.
