sounds lik u guys had quite a fun time. dont ask bout my wkend. it was my cous bday party an it was soo huge. i was dead tired the nxt day so i had to cal an cancel coming into work. yes! i knw it was terrible but i was soo gone i would hav died if i went. but i dont wan to hav suc big a nite for a long time comig.
glad to hear tat u guys hav being hangin out. say i said hi! to reki an to drop me a line sometime wen shes free. as for the banking sector its pretty muc lik tat. cause m,y friend was told at the interview to be prepared to sleep close to 4-5 hrs a day. scary! an they dont even see it as a bad thing.. cause they told her tat it was the way tat she would get ahead as a fin analysist. i suppose its a great career prospect but i dont knw if i cud do it. but u never knw wen the chips r down, we mite surprise ourselves. after al i never thought tat u wud be suc a culinary expert! ;)

yeah 4-5 hours is about a good estimate. i think thats about what inso gets (if shes lucky ;-)
you know we ended up spending another night and guess what we made for dinner ( now i know i said no more culinary exploits of mine .. but this is what rekhi inso and i made so its more OUR culinary exploits rather than mine) we made sushi and tampura prawns!!!! gosh i dont think i had ever eaten sooo much. i was sooo full ( actually we all were) and then we wound up with a round or two of poker . our poker chips? pasta, and knorr cubes!! ( yep we are very sophisticated!) anyways inso conked out on us, but eventually rekha won. ( we got to a point where we no longer counted the pasta peices and was just throwing fistfuls of pasta as our bets

well you would defintely make the place more feminine... no doubt about that. so how is the new place? must be so exciting to have a new place.. ofcourse if his work schedule is anything like insos then he wont be in the house for long enough to enjoy it!!!

well.. moving an setting up in anew place is always rather excitin. esp if the plce is urs. if not u dont really hav the motivation to make the place nice, atleast tats my excuse for being this slack bout my place... ;)
as for the poker! yes! ul hav to teach me to play as wel...an wel i gues its good playin for pasta pieces after al that way no one loses or wins!!
soo reki is the champ eh??? wel thanks for the tip cause now i knw who not to play if the need arose... :) but wel sunds lik uguys had fun.. an im not feeling al tat wel so the food doesnt make me feel greedy or anything. so tats good!

yeah that w/e was a lot of fun. oh want to know something bizzare? i think im getting used to himali now.. its like i dont feel like running away anymore when i see her. lol can you believe that she had initially thought i was one of the more sane ones? she revised her opinion after the w/e.

you know i think she htought i was oneo f the saner ones cos i was as meek as a mouse when ever himali was around. you know i still dont quite understand why we are sooo scared of her. oh during the w/e i was quite surprised that we were progressing without himali shouting and then on the day before we left like a few hours before .. actually proabably less than hour before she had to find somehting to shout at rekha for. poor inso looked so scared, and i was thinking 'and there it is' cos it was almost too good to be true

poor inso! i gues shes not as climatised as we are round himali. but i dont knw she totally freaks me out. an i get wat u mean bout not having a particular reason for being tat scared of her but she is freaky.... dont knw but now... i hav a quick temper as wel so maybe its best tat i dont meet her!!! hmmm!~!!!!!~!!!!
i dont really knw why she woud alwys hav a go at reks.... but i gues ttas sisterly luv. thankfully i dont hav that kin of rela wit my sis... with nangi getin bigger we are really close now. wel as close as we can b being far apart.. but i gues she knws tat she can come to me wit some stuff tat she cant go to mummy wit. she an mum arnt tat close an im rater upset bout that....
but as they say u can choose ur friends but not ur family... even thou mine arnt al tat bad a lot ;)

you know it is strange how she would find something to shout at rekha for. cos i think she shouted at her cos rekha used her straightner and apparently hadnt sitched it off.. rekhi said she had and im inclined to believe her. it was probably still warm from the usage so himali got all uppity.

lol..u guys...i'm kinda glad i didn'y have too many encounters with himali now!!
i do remember after that batch party we went to her place to sleep over and boy did that himali find a gadzillion reasons to shout at her...i think b/c uncle ray came into her room to get something she she woke up and decided to take it out on rekha...it was kinda scary!
as for getting closer...its weird b/c my mum and i had a pretty rocky relationship before but now that we r far apart it has got sooo much better....ironic as it sounds...like this summer in inuvik we had ZERO fights!
but my brother and i have gotten so far apart its not even funny....well...really...its kinda sad...i mean....he's the only sibling i have and we r soooo opposite that we really have nothing in common except family...and although blood is thicker than water...well...i guess thats all thats keeping us together...
btw...this is my last day at work...i'm kinda excited to go back home...plus i get to sleep in tomorrow..YAY!!

yeah.. i agree no matter wat its family taht ends up srickin up for u thru hel an high water. i mean if ppl hav frisnds lik tat it sgreat as wel, im lucky to say tat i do.. but stil i need the gang... think im one of those family ppl! i miss my mum an dad an the smal two... an my baby of course ;) but u knw i think tat ppl get soo busy tat sometimes they dont hav the tims but it doesnt mean that they dont care. after al wit al the stress an stuff~!!!

yes im al settled in the place an its alrite. i mean the landlord is a bit anal but the girls i live wit are nice an we get on wel. but tat said an done i dont spend muc time at home.
as for the dilemmas with phones.. tel me bout it. my one jus decides to die on me at the most inoopotune moments. but wat can be done. since we are now slaves to technology ;)

yeah well i got to 22 before you woman so trust me i know about getting older. its not fair.. cos i quite liked 21. there was a nice ring to it!!! oh well .. it was never going to last!!!
