Hello everyone!
Actually, namely the one special person who reads this blog. xD You know who you are! (Anyone could tell just by looking at the comments. lol)
So I am in my Journalism class and I have nothing to do so I thought, 'Hey! Why don't I become obsessed with blogging and post an entry right now?' So here is this wonderfully written (cough cough) entry that was called cute by Tenshi (Meaning Angel in Japanese), the girl sitting next to me. ^^
Tenshi is reallllllyyyyy nice!~~ In later posts, I shall update more about her when I plunge into her private life. :D
On the other side of me sits Bunsen Burner, who absolutely loves to go on omegle, chatroulette and youtube during class.
And then next to HER, is the only person who reads this blog. I shall call her.... MASA!!! MASA HAS BEEN BORN!!!
Masa is the amazing person!!! Class is interesting righty now. Shun and Masa are trying to help Tenshi with her BioTech homework. Shun is the sports editor in the class and now everyone is trying to help. Oh! looks like GD knows what to do. GD is just the guy who sits next to Tenshi. Wow, I never knew that this class could be so interesting when you blog your entire little pathetic life! :DD
Aww... Too bad no one knows how to help Tenshi with her homework. Looks like she;s on her own for the grade. :(
Yay! Shun, an actual japanese person, complimented my japanese accent when i speak. I feel very special. I want to watch more dramas and learn more!
OH!!! Everyone4 is back to help Tenshi, but they don't really seem like they know what they are doing. They ARE ASKING HER TO TRUST THEM BUT THEY SEEM TO BE DOING THE WRONG THING. meh, I don't feel like fixing my caps lock. Bunsen Burner pressed my caps for some reason... BLAH~
Right now only Shun is helping her and OMG! It works! It all cancels out! Apparently there has been a breakthrough with the biotech homework! Oh no, there are too many zeroes and they are messing him up... There's like 7 of them and now he is "hoping" for the right answer. Biotech seems very difficult..
Shun: "Come on, this is basic unit analysis which we learned..."
Tenshi:"I know, but... ....... Don't worry about it. This is for my intellectual curiosity. :D"
Shun is trying to figure out whether the homework is Chemistry or Biotech.
Shun thinks he sucks at teaching and Tenshi will be his guinea pig. Gah... High school is so weird sometimes. So complicated!
RANDOM FACTS~
My Husband: Nozawa Yuki
My Uncle: Jackie Chan
Lol, Shun was looking over this and was a little surprised to find himself in here. OMG STOP pressing my caps. Bunsen Burner!!!
I should blog in Journalism all the time. All the fun stuff happens here. I'm boring so when i write by myself there are boring things in my posts.
BUNSEN BURNER IS AT IT AGAIN. GAH!!! Meh... She is attaCKING MY KEYBOARD. She is trying to GET AWAY with it BY RUBbing , my thigh BUT I can hear the caps click! >:D
Well, i hope you enjoyed this little window into what I look into when I spy on other people in my class.
Part 2 Of The story:
From then on, the two of them became practically inseparable. They became wonderful friends, even though the friending was mostly done by Hana while Haruma would act awfully cold and arrogant. Of course, he would still check for important things during their long talks on the roof.
“Oi, flower girl. Did you watch my drama?” He asked.
“Bloody Monday? It was on last night! You did a great job in acting; I thought the virus was real!” She enthused, going on about her favorite moments from the episode, unknowingly feeding his ego.
Haruma leaned against the wall. “Who is your favorite actor in the drama as you’ve seen so far?”
“Hmm….” Hana thought for a moment, “Otoya is played by… Oh! Takeru Sato, him.”
“Your favorite is Takeru?!” exclaimed Haruma, quite shocked by Hana’s truthful answer. He was hoping for another ego boost. “I didn’t know he was your type…”
“Type?” Hana tilted her head in confusion, “He plays the role of your best friend very well. He’s supportive and cares about your character very much.” She explained innocently.
“So you like his role, not him?” asked Haruma, trying to verify her statement correctly.
She nodded. “Yes, I like him.”
He put his head down in disappointment. “Agh… You really don’t get it..”
“So, what are you going to do during the break?” asked Hana. “Anything fun?” She looked at him excitedly.
“I’m working.” He said with a disgusted look on his face. “Photo shoots and drama filmings never end. I’m going to be in a movie too, I think.”
Hana pouted. “That doesn’t sound like much fun.”
“What about you? Doing anything interesting?” Haruma asked.
“I’m going to my hometown to visit my family and friends during the break!” Hana smiled happily.
“How great for you.” Haruma replied sarcastically, lying down once again in hopes of taking a nap to ignore her excess cheerfulness.
--
During the break, Haruma was taken to Osaka, by the sea and green countryside for a photo book shooting that would take a few days. In case the weather wouldn’t stay sunny forever, they decided to do the beach shooting first. Haruma was dressed up in a colorful Hawaiian t-shirt and khaki Bermuda shorts. He ran along the shore, laughing and putting on a smile for the camera.
“Great! Wonderful shot!” said the photographer, “Take a five minute break as I put another roll in.” Haruma nodded and went to get his water bottle. The beach was surrounded by a levy that was higher up. He looked up to see a small crowd of the local townsfolk had gathered to watch him. He scanned their faces and his water bottle dropped into the sand, the water leaving a dark stain as it sank into the Earth.
‘Don’t tell me... The flower girl… this is her hometown?!’ He inwardly groaned, ‘Damn it! This always has to happen, doesn’t it?’
“Haruma!” She waved to him as they made eye contact. She turned to tell some old ladies something, “That’s my friend!”
After the shoot ended at sundown, Haruma walked over to Hana. “This is your hometown?”
“Yup!” Hana owned up to it proudly, “I’ve been catching up with everyone. They all ask about how modern Tokyo is and I have so much to tell them!” She giggled, “It took a while to explain self-checkouts, though.”
‘Tell me about it.’ Thought Haruma, ‘I went through the same experience with you.’ He scowled, “Well, what are you waiting for? Aren’t you going to say that you’ll show me around tomorrow?”
“That’s a great idea, Haruma!” said Hana, “I can show you all the great things about Osaka.”
“Great.” Said Haruma monotonously. “Well then, I’m going to my hotel room to get some sleep. Good night, flower girl.” He tousled her hair before he walked away. ‘It’ll be a big day tomorrow. I’m going to need my rest.’
The next morning, Haruma stretched lazily as he got out of bed and took a shower. When he got out, he put a towel around his waist and brushed his teeth. ‘I wonder what today will bring for me…’ He thought as his wet hair dripped on his shoulders. He spit out the toothpaste in his mouth into the sink. He then gargled and rinsed out his mouth. He took another towel and dried his arms, patting his dripping biceps in order to absorb the water. He put the towel on top of his head. “I wonder what she’ll show me. She probably hasn’t realized yet…” He gazed off into the distance, slightly in a daze. He started to rub his wet hair with the towel. “Yeah right. Tch. That idiot couldn’t find water if she fell out of a boat. She’s too dense.” He put some casual clothes on. “Since no one recognizes me this far out, I don’t have to worry about keeping up appearances.”
“Haruma!” came a familiar voice from outside his window. “Time to come out!”
“What are you yelling for?!” Haruma came out, very surprised. “Aren’t you afraid of waking up the other people staying in the hotel?!”
“Why should I?” asked Hana, “There’s only one hotel here and the only people staying here are you and the people that came with you and they’re already touring the town.” She stuck her tongue out at him, “I win, Haruma.” She grinned happily at him. “Come on! I have to show you all of my favorite places!” She grabbed his arm and pulled him along with her. For some reason, Haruma’s arm felt very tingly.
She showed him the open-air market and an old woman gave them free apples. Hana showed Haruma the playground she had played on when she was little and even her old school. Haruma was completely plunged into Hana’s life. ‘More than I expected…’ He thought.
“This is by the sea where my friends and I used to come.” She patted a concrete wall that overlooked the sea.
Haruma propped himself up, sitting upon it as he took a deep breath. “Ah.. I can really relax here.” He looked out at the sea and smiled foolishly at her. “ You grew up in a great place. I love it here.”
Hana’s heart suddenly started racing. ‘What is this? I feel like fireworks are exploding inside my chest…’ She smiled a weak smiled back at Haruma.
The next day it was raining so Haruma’s shoot was canceled and he got an unexpected day off. He borrowed a bicycle from one of the crewmen and decided to ride around the lush countryside, enjoying the small time of day where it was only lightly sprinkling. Even so, his glasses still fogged a bit so he had to adjust them every few minutes. He took a deep breath and sped up, enjoying the cold wind rushing through his hair. ‘Maybe this will calm me down.’ He thought, ‘Too many unexpected things have happened.’ He slowed down again. “Damn glasses. I should have worn contacts.” He murmured as he took them off and wiped them on his green sweater. He put them back on and saw someone ahead, spinning around to enjoy the soft shower. She was holding a small grocery bag. “Don’t tell me…” His eyes widened. “Flower girl, you again?!”
The girl turned and saw him and smiled. “H-haruma! What a surprise, meeting you here!”
“What are you doing?” He asked bluntly.
She held up the bag in her hand. “I went shopping. We’re having hot pot tonight.”
“Hot pot, eh?” Haruma thought for a moment, “I haven’t had that in a while.” He had stopped his bike.
“Hm?” Hana stepped closer to him, “Is there something wrong?”
“Here, get on the back of the bike. I’ll give you a ride home.” He said, gesturing to the back.
“Eh?” Hana was surprised by the sudden generosity he was expressing.
“You didn’t hear me the first time?” He scowled, “I hate repeating myself. Get on.” He ordered.
“A-ah, okay!” She rushed behind him and got on the back, holding onto to the metal structure tightly.
“Are you crazy?” He asked, “You wanna fall off? Put your arms around me.” He commanded her.
“O-okay…” Her skinny arms slinked around and she squeezed slightly for balance. Haruma smirked and started to pedal, Hana telling him where to turn. ‘Why does my heart feels like it’s going to explode?’ She thought frantically. Suddenly, the bike went over a bump and made Hana’s face fall into Haruma’s back. This shocked the both of them and Hana was way too embarrassed to move her head until they finally reached Hana’s home. “This is it…” Hana said softly as Haruma stopped the bike.
“Okay then.” Said Haruma, who managed to recompose himself. “Let’s go then.”
“Hah?” Hana was confused again.
“I gave you a ride all the way to your house. The least you could do is invite me in for some hot pot.” He smirked, taking the grocery bag from her hands. He opened the door. “We’re home!” He called out into the house.
“Ah, wait Haruma!” Hana head in after him.
“Welcome home, Hana!” Her mother greeted, “Ah, have you brought a friend?” She looked at Haruma curiously.
He bowed politely. “My name is Haruma Miura. I’m in the same class as your daughter. Thank you for having me.”
“Anytime, dear!” She smiled happily. “Just make yourself at home.” She gestured for him to sit around the table that a man was already sitting at.
“This is my father.” Introduced Hana.
“It’s nice to meet you, sir.” Said Haruma.
“No need to be polite, kid.” Said Hana’s father. “Just sit down and have some dinner.” The hot pot was already set up and hand started to boil. “Hand me the meat.” Haruma gave him the ingredients from the grocery bag and helped him place the meat in the boiling hot pot. Hana and her mother were in the kitchen cutting the vegetables. “So, have you kissed my daughter yet?”
“What?!” Haruma exclaimed, looking at Hana’s father incredulously.
“Aish, don’t beat around the bush. You wouldn’t come like this if you didn’t have an ulterior motive.” He said, turning the hot pot, “I may be old, but I’m no fool.”
“I think you’re getting the wrong idea…” Haruma searched his mind for an answer.
“Buck up, boy.” Hana’s father reprimanded, “If you don’t snatch her up quick, someone else will.”
“Really?” Haruma said out of reflex, “Ah. No offense, I didn’t mean it like that.”
“There are tons of young men who would come and taker her, come the chance.” Hana’s father bragged, “But she’s my only daughter. I won’t give her away to just anybody.” He looked Haruma in the eye.
An icy chill went down Haruma’s back. ‘An obstacle?!’ He thought, ‘This is crazy…’
“Here are the vegetables!” Hana’s mother said as she and Hana brought in a tray of vegetables and plates. They put all the ingredients in the hot pot and while they waited for it to cook, they began friendly conversation. “Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter.” Hana’s mother bowed her head.
“Ah, it’s nothing really.” Said Haruma, suddenly feeling very awkward. He looked over at Hana, who avoided eye contact, suddenly very interested in how the ingredients were cooking. ‘What was that? When we get back to school, she’s definitely getting punished for that.’
‘Why can’t I look at Haruma?’ Hana thought, ‘Could I be becoming his fan? No! I’m not allowed! I don’t have permission to like him…’ Her eyes became slightly depressed. She looked back up at Haruma and was surprised to see him slightly glaring at her, ‘Oh no! He’s planning punishment, isn’t he?’ Eventually, they all loosened up and managed to enjoy the night. Haruma felt very accomplished as he was accepted practically as part of the family.
‘Infiltration complete.’ Haruma thought smugly, ‘Mission accomplished.’ He looked over at a smiling and laughing Hana who was clearly enjoying visiting her family. He smiled. ‘And I get a prize too. Wait, no. This is a no-no. No explosions and no fireworks. Be still my heart!’ He thought, ‘I said be still, damn it!!!’
