Andrew sees Impulse as, like, the nice superhero, the one who was all nice about giving an autograph and even more hyperactive than Andrew. Plus, there's that bit of startstruckness, but not as much as the Jedis or Batman, so he'll behave almost normal towards you!

Carrot doesn't know anybody that well, but from what he knows of Impulse, he sees him as a very odd but a very enthusiastic person that he could probably rely on if he needed help of some kind.

Well, Andrew actually knowing who he was basically made Impulse super happy! So he likes him a lot and he's squishy in the good way. Carrot too.

Cher~. Andrew definitely sees her as a friend - muppetness can only bring people closer together, plus, she's not mean to him. Also, she's pretty and looks like she'd be popular in a highschool setting a.k.a someone who would never talk to Andrew in a million years, so Andrew's just happy that she seems to like him at all. But he got past the 'whut pretty girl speaking whut' thing quickly - hanging around Potentials day in and day out can do that for you, especially if you've ever bought tampons for them before which you know has happened.

Carrot's interaction with Cher is NOT AS MUCH but he thinks she's a very nice young lady and a very good citizen, especially because she lent her forest to the public of CFUD during a Crisis.

Ohjaysus. Andrew thinks Megan's a bitch and a half and someone he does not like at all, but in a sort of rivalry sense, so he'd probably be more bitching to her face rather than quietly disliking her. He also tends to follow Movie Laws, so he'll probably wind up believing that they one day will resolve their differences and be the best of friends ever. But Andrew also lives in a world of togas.

And on the flipside~! Carrot likes Megan a lot, and trusts her to come up with sensible and logical solutions to problems. Plus, he trusted her with looking after him in plant form. Which must be a sign of affection. (To sum up: you're part of his blonde-and-taken harem.)

Kon: Carrot would probably consider Kon to be more or less a friend (despite the mun not taking him out enough ahaha killme), and very much a capable person. I think Carrot views people, whether he likes them or not, as either watchman-material or civilian, and Kon would fit into the former category. Anyway, yeah, he likes Kon and is greatful for that time Kon flew him over to the hospital.

Superboy~! Like Impulse, you probably won't get the HUGE amounts of fanboying from Andrew as say Batman or the Jedis do, so again, you'll get semi-normal Andrew. Which reminds me, next time he sees Kon, he'll go through 'so! you think you're worthy enough to take the hand of my Slayer, now do you?' thing, which may or may not get his neck broken by Buffy.

Clark: Clark's one of those people that Carrot would probably like to get to know more, beyond his usual, default state of being interested in everything everyone has to say. He's glad Clark's taken up playing soccer with him and Ken a bit, too ( ... )

Carrot I believe knows Kodachi the best out of my boys and will probably forever call her Miss Kuno. Anyway, because he's so damn oblivious, he doesn't think she's arrogant at all - he'd say she's a very confident, polite and useful civilian, and enjoys talking to her.

Andrew thinks she's shifty and weird for wanting the crocagator, but hey, it got rid of it.
