So I started working at the service bar at Le Gaulois today.
Not too much for me to do there in the ways of anything really.
Cosmopolitans, wines and the occasional stella artois are about all I do.
I spend the rest of the time translating Spanish so as to be able to somewhat communicate with the girl who does food prep and cleaning glasses because the dishwasher leaves horrendous water marks which make all the wine glasses look tacky...anal retentive, i know.
It's a pretty schwanky French Restaurant alll the way up king street, 1106 actually.
It's not bad, just wish there was more for me to do.
It's experience, and that's what I need for other places to take me seriously, so it's the best I could get right now.
also...in a bit of a twist, i'm taking and EMS course this semester.
a bartender who is EMS certified.
yep, that'll look good on the Resume(con accento)
i'ma go sleep now, because i was standing for six hours...and maybe dancing too
goodnight and sleepwell, loves
