"For a Man, the Nose is like a Fleshy Hood Ornament on the Car that is Your Head"

I like the Brak Show. I know it wasn't everyone's favorite adult swim show, but I gotta tell you, nothing beats listening to the pontifications of Brak's Dad. They remind me of a person that I used to know in college.

I'm getting ready to head home for Christmas. This means that tomorrow, I will be doing piles upon piles of laundry, because, at the moment, I have not a single pair of clean socks or underwear except the pair that I'm wearing. I also need to pack up the books that I want to take, the presents that need to be taken home with me, the rumballs that I made and some of the other baking ingrediants taht I need to finish up my Christmas cookies before my grandmother gets there.

I walk bravely into striking distance of the asps. I'm thinking that I might need to also take with me my antidepressants and anxiety meds. That might be good to have when dealing with my family. Are the holidays this stressful for everyone? Does everyone have to face a "white glove" inspection from their families at winter solstace? Where does their family put the white glove? I know where my family puts it is NOT pleasent.

Luckily, I can go hang out with Nas, Molly, Matt & Ann (who are now a single unit since they are to be married soon) or any of my other MHK friends, supposing I have very many :)
