Saw the mess.
I grew up on the streets of Los Angeles, California, and my 'Mother' was a comparably horrible caretaker to the ones they have there...
Still fighting to get shit fixed. Go ahead, visit him and see. And they call the half-assed work they've done to the place an 'improvement'.
