Well about a week ago I joined myfitnesspal.com and have been using the app I got for my iPod Touch :D and lost 8 pounds!!

What I ate today was:

1 bowl of Shreddies with 1% milk

2 bottles of water

Brownie

Michaelina Tortellini

Raspberries

A ham and cheese with veggies wrap

1 glass of tetley infusion :)

And that's it! And I was under my calorie goal and I felt like I got to eat tons! :D I LOVE this whole "diet" cause I can eat what I want, just less of it, and if I can't have it that day then I can have it the next day...I just have to adjust the rest of the day accordingly! Giving up pop is HUGE though...I have a glass every couple of days, rather than every day. It's so easy. :D
