First Day Back
With Spring Break over, everyone was in a slump. I didn't go to bed until 12:30 am but I didn't fall asleep until 1:30 am. I was too busy enjoying my Internet after being shut down for about a week. I also had to type up ideas so I wouldn't forget them!
I accidentally turned off both of my alarms so I slept in on the first day back. I think I'm one of the few people who didn't forget their combination for the lockers. When I walked onto the campus, it felt like the first day of school after summer vacation. I was excited and scared at the same time. I was also freezing in the hallways even though the weather is getting warmer.
I didn't feel much like paying attention to the movie being shown in my first hour class. So, I doodled a quick picture of Danny and Sawyer from Cats Don't Dance. I like to doodle while watching movies in classes. Throughout the day, I showed many people my Pierrot clown doll that I made. I was also excited to show others my driver's permit!
Many seniors were acting very crazy! It must be Senioritis going around. I'm one of the few people without it. I have so much to do I can't really afford to goof off and flunk more classes. Although, I did have that attitude a few days before Spring Break. LOL
But since I'm NOT going on that dumb band trip, one of those underclassmen are going to play the bass clarinet. That makes me happy and sad at the same time. I'm happy because someone else gets to play that instrument but I'm sad that now I don't and that I have to actually PAY ATTENTION to what I'm playing. Well, at least I can play at my last Spring Concert.
