Went to go see it with Bebe Friday. I walked down to St Mary's and found hardly anyone there. So, I walked back to the Light Rail and went to the library. I just read and doodled until Bebe showed up. This time we actually were able to discuss our stories that we planned to do. The only problem is that we keep jumping from idea to the next. I wanted to take the Light Rail down to the AMC 24 but Bebe thought it'd be easier to walk. We both walked and walked a long time. We even "turned" onto the wrong the street and had walk some more. While we did we just discussed the fact that most counselor's suck.
We made it with some time to spare for the 5:05 showing. As we entered the theater, there was hardly anyone there at all. Granted, it was a Friday evening and the football game was on Thursday. Also, I think many high school students go home after seeing an early showing. College students on the other hand can do a lot more. As we took our seats, my phone rang. I look to see who it was and ran out into the main lobby.
Me: "Yes?"
Sensei: "Sorry I couldn't get back to you. I had my phone on vibrate and I was in a meeting until 3."
Me: *thinking* Crap. "No, no, that's alright! I just stopped by and got to see other people!"
Sensei: "That's good. Where are you right now? Home?"
Me: "No, I'm at the movie with my imaginary friend Thomas!"
Sensei: *laughs* "You crazy kid, you. I'm on my way to go see my mom's roommate's friend. You know how much I miss her."
Me: "Yes, I know. That's cool, though."
Sensei: "Sorry about not answering my phone. Feel free to stop by any time."
Me: "No! That's alright! Um.... I was planning to stop by when the other kids get their report cards. Um... Thanks for returning my call though!"
While the conversation took place, I was mouthing every swear word. When I walked back in Bebe and I both wanted popcorn. The movie was very good. I was able to apply some knowledge from my Art class until I was too excited to focus on that matter. After the movie we walked around. When Bebe was ready to go home, she was told that she had to stay out a little longer. So, we walked around to see what was out there. All we saw were adults and college students. It's so nice to be out late. :)
