Dino - Franziska: prodigy prosecutor (in the game Edgeworth and Franziska grew up together since von Karma raised Edgeworth after his father's death. Franziska also has a habit of referring to people by their full name.)
Basil - unknown: police officer for now :D I haven't really given him a role as of yet... working on it.

Now the real question lies in WHY the hell is Gokudera in the defense attorney lobby in the first place. XD That I have yet to figure out.
