Bright light! (and the ballet was lovely)
Bless them, my family stumped up and bought me a desk SAD light for work. It's an early christmas pressie and it arrived yesterday. It's amazing, perfect and wonderful and I love it! (the scoffers have been round but I shun their babble).
In other news, the ballet was wonderful. Beautiful and funny and some fantastic technique. I love this company (Northern Ballet - if you've a chance, go see!) they're young and they try new stuff. Amazing.
