Summer is here (finally)
And in celebration of this fact I had a lovely picnic with an old Uni friend in Derby (from undergraduate days and I am SO happy that we're still in touch and are still willing and able to hang out) and looked at some art.
Twas a really nice restful company day.
(And I went for a slow run and DIDN'T cough up my lungs and still haven't coughed up my lungs this morning so I think I might be better. Let the slow ramping up of run length/intensity begin! *impatient Tree will attempt to remain patient a while longer*)
