I feel so much better now. I was so twisted up and round over the whole thing. Well done writers, well done everyone!
Of course, now I really want to watch the first episode again.

Points I really liked:
1) that the suit did it, not River
2) "That you are forgiven, forever."
3) "You took my baby away from me, and even though she's ok now, I'll never see my baby again.
4) The bit with the Brigadier. That was nicely done.
Moffat, I hereby forgive you for encouraging "young woman" River Song to crawl up inside my heart to the point at which I really REALLY couldn't bear the thought of her having to live the rest of her life knowing that she killed him. I should have known you'd have written a "you are forgiven" into the ending for her. I should have trusted you. I won't forget this.
