Not Dead Yet
So after five eons of absence, lagging behind on commissions and so forth, the rest of my life is back in order again! Sort of! I've since moved out of the old homestead and have roomed up with a good pal o' mine, my cat is taking the new situation in stride, and I've been busy, y'know, earning a salary. Man it sounds so good just saying that. I earn a salary. I know how fortunate I am to have such a great job, but hey, I worked hard for that!
Anypoo, comics are on back on track again too. Okay, so I'm still on the title page…
…but dammit I'm working on the actual pages now, double-promise! And yes, incomplete commissions are on their way. Such a broad gap of time happened between then and now that my drawing style changed (again), so I'm redrawing them all and throwing in an extra sketch as an apology for the delay. I hate making clients wait, but hey, that's freelance.
Also, I finally got around to reading primaeros' art book! Only after I moved house did I finally dig it out for a looksee, and yep, it's about as perfect as I imagined it would be. ;) Great work, Phaser! Now if only I had the cojones to do the same, but… well, I'm working on that too. ;) Keep making more angel patterns, dude. Those are positively my favourites of all your works.
Umm what else… I've been socializing a lot, spending more time with good friends, putting on weight (I've reached that age, sigh), and generally just been working a lot. Lots of personal projects are getting done too. To my online chums, thanks for staying in touch! :D And my apologies for being non attentio, I'm only just now recovering from a two, three-month comic sprint. Not the 7th, alas! But other work, which I won't show yet. ;)
