Yeah, I suppose so. Most people tend to be fairly surprised by it, but that's exactly how I feel about it, too.

It looks like fifty. I haven't actually counted.

Seems like a lot.

We don't have computers in our world.

Oh you're not from Earth?

[7thborn]

We are, but our society doesn't have technology like the City does. Our dad's always been fascinated with things like electricity and inventions like telephones, though. It's sort of his hobby to pick them apart to see how they work.

They have books for that, but I can see how it might be more interesting to figure it out on your own.

[7thborn]

Yeah, I think he has loads more fun seeing all the little... gears and things. Or batteries. But it's spark plugs he collects, those're his favourites, I think.

Er, I'm not sure what it is, really. It sort of looks like... I don't know, a cylinder? I think it's part of a car but I never really watched him mess around with the one we used to have.
