[ video ]
[The video starts just as Ginny sets her device down on a bathroom counter, and though the angle is a bit awkward, it's clear she's in the girl's locker room. Don't worry, it's empty. The redhead is facing the mirror, still clad in her jersey, towel tossed over her shoulder, and face flushed from time spent out on the pitch and in the sun. Currently, she's fixing her hair, braiding back the vivid locks as she speaks.]
I may not be on the boy's team, but I'm just as proud of it as I am of my own. [A soft breath of laughter.] Maybe that's got something to do with my brothers. [Or Harry.] Really, who'd be surprised? But fact of the matter is-you lot trying out had best be bloody good.
[She finishes off her braid and tosses it over her shoulder, grinning down at the camera now.]
Let's try and uphold that legacy, shall we, mates? Hand the Cutlers lads' arses back to them? Good.
[Ginny reaches down to pick up her device, then pauses, before adding.]
As for the ladies, keep up the good work. Same time tomorrow!
[And the feed ends with a click.]
[ooc; This post is open for network responses or bracket action by the locker rooms/pitch/stands/etc, if you so wish!
Ginny Weasley is a junior at Westerberg High and captain of the girl's quidditch football soccer team - on which she also plays as a striker. Fairly popular, thanks to her skill on the pitch, but also because of her brothers, who are known to the school as equally talented athletes and students (or pranksters).
She's that girl who likes to know everyone and who everyone probably knows, that girl you might like to date if it wasn't for her overprotective brothers or the confusing rumours surrounding her relationship status. You know the drill: girlfriend to Harry Potter, star player for the boy's soccer team, but rumour has it they broke it off when he moved away. Another rumour claims they're still together and trying long-distance.
There's more here. Aaaand that's it for this tl;dr ooc note.]
