Excellently done. I like the way you wove the red color thread as a theme throughout the story without making it seem forced, which unfortunately happens so often with a prompt. You had wonderfully vivid imagery - I didn't even have to try to visualize what was happening, it was all there in front of me.

I especially liked the bit with Narcissa - I think so many people paint her as an unfeeling bitch, while overlooking the inevitable fear and worry she must live with every day, having a high-ranking Death Eater for a husband. That part was especially well-handled.

So, overall, wonderful, and I certainly cannot wait for the other six stories.

I think she has feelings; she was probably just raised not to show them in public. Stiff upper lip, and all that. I think I do feel a bit sorry for her; it can't be any easier on her side of the war than it is on Harry's.

Mmm ... this was wonderfully descriptive. I think it could have easily gone wrong, dealing with so many characters running about, but you pulled it off with style. EAch character is very much real, and I can't wait to read more! ... Please read mine? :)
