Since I started eating raw, This has become my favorite meal :)
feeds 4-5 people
ingredients:
4 very ripe avocados, mashed
6 organic ugly tomatoes, diced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, diced(optional)
4 tbsp Valdia onion, diced
6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 tsp fresh lime juice
prep:
ok the first thing that you want to do is cut up the avicodos into quartes, take out the seeds, peel then, then put all 16 peices into a big bowel and mash. This part is fun so enjoy it!
