I see you, I remember you.
So, a ton of things, listy listy.
-new house
-pregnant (!!!)
-moved from Middletown
-job situation in flux (soon enough)
-want to start something creative and writery from home, with the baby on my hip, because I can try and I want to try.
-gaining weight in the midsection makes me look a lot like a misshapen vase.
-editing a book for a friend but the time crunch is killing me
-basically any obligation is a real fly in my ointment right about now, but I try because I always do.
-Saranac the cat is the best animal alive
-Lost my sister-in-law C back in March...well, not lost. We know where she is, but I'm not interested in finding her. All my life I've pined for a sister and created sisters from friends, but when the chance to have a new, "real" sister came later in life, one with a family bond, I met it with indifference. Now i let it lie with the same sentiment. Whatever, C. Anyone who can cut me loose without a word is instantly not worth my worry.
-ACTUALLY lost my other sister-in-law figure in March - Michele passed away from cancer, and my father in law passed away shortly after. It was a terrible time for the family, and I truly believe that in some way, my baby is a sort of spiritual Band-Aid. Already thinking of others, that's my baby. :-)
