Long Awaited Update

Apr 14, 2007 00:09

So...yeah. I haven't updated in a while. But now we really need one.

So, spring break has been good. On Monday I blew too much money in New York with Melissa. I had so much fun, though. I felt bad that she was there all morning before I finally got there.

When I got there, though, we decided to walk and find each other. So, I'm walking and walking and finally I see Melissa as I'm crossing the street and I turn around half way across and start walking next to her. But she didn't realize it was me at first. She was staring out into space. HaHa. We could have walked right past each other. LoL. So, we're walking around trying to decided what to do until 8. We walked to Time Square and saw people filming something so we stood on one of the islands across from TRL and just watched. Then we went to Toys R Us where I ventured into the Barbie house as always. Once we left there we walked into the Palace Theater where Legally Blonde is playing to see if they had student rush for future reference (which they did). We left there and went walking over towards 5th Ave where we were going to find the American Girl Doll store. We walked up there and stopped at Rockefellar ice skating rink and such. I tried to go ice skating. But Melissa wouldn't skate with me because she's a loser. HaHa. So we continued our adventure to the doll store. When we finally got there, we couldn't find it. Those jerks. HaHa. So we walked back and I made Melissa walk through a few Asian stores. We decided that we would go to dinner. We went to the Jekyll & Hyde restaurant. That was interesting. Melissa got the crap scared out of her. And I was talking to her about ovaries and this guy/actor came over in his pimp costume and was like, "I know what you're talking about..." and shook his finger at me. HaHa. He was funny. We got in a fight with him. And then he thanked us for playing along and not being dick face teenagers. ^_^

After that, we went to Colony music and we met this weird guy who would not stop talking to us about musicals. He was creepy. And then Melissa got us out of there by buying a $30 poster. HaHa. (Sorry, Melissa. I'm sure it looks great on your wall.) We then went to a Starbucks and talked for a good hour. By the time we were done, it was time to go to the theater.

It was an AMAZING night. I can't wait to do it again. I loved just talking for and hour and hanging out with Melissa. I ♥ you, Melissa.

And now for some good news. I was wait listed for Musical Theater at Westminster Choir College. I AM SO HAPPY! I don't completely suck! I thought that was my worst audition, too. That was the audition where the guy asked me what the musical conflict was in "Popular". I was like, "WTF, mate?" But I kind of new. So I tried to explain it in idiot terms. I didn't do too well. I am so happy, though!! AHH!!

That's all. That was a nice long update. Sorry to bore all of you. ^_^

OH! AND I LOVE SPRING AWAKENING!!

Okay, now I'm done.
