About Wardrobe, and Ohchan-Mode
Whee! I feel like Oh-chan again today, because i have new clothes without going shopping, again. My lovely auntie sent me another round of secondhand clothes!
Really, I feel so lucky because I don't have to buy new clothes this way. Haha, my auntie loves shopping for clothes but she gets bored easily (the one she gives to me/my mom are the ones she only wears twice or thrice)~ So yay.
Trying them on one by one is always a fun thing to do. Mom and I (and sometimes along with my other auntie) often laugh out loud upon finding weird clothes or wearing something not suited for us (big tops for small bodies? looks like we're wrapping blankets around our bodies xD). And this round I get lots of nice tops, and one of them is really, really cute. A dark blue one with stripes pattern on the inside part, three big but cute buttons, and a ribbon on the left collar~ Yay~!
And this also means some wardrobe sorting next Sunday, because I usually throw away my old clothes--I give them to others or sell them in a cheap, cheap price (if they're still wearable, at least still look 80% good) or cut them to small pieces to be used in crafts or as rags (if they're in bad condition)--when I get new ones~
Why am I start doing this? I once watched Oprah's show, the guest was a celebrity (I don't know his name). He has a big closet in his room. He arranged his clothes by use and colors so they look pretty (he arranged by the shades, like white-gray-darker gray-black, white-ivory-cream-light brown-dark brown-black). Okay that's not related to what inspires me hahaha. Okay, he stated that when he gets one new shirt, he'll throw away one old shirt. I kind of adore him since then. Having too many clothes confuses me, after all. :3
