One week and a day until thanksgiving and only 5 more days until break! Yay! I'm so excited. Don't get me wrong, school is going well but its gonna be sooooo nice to sleep in my own bed, not wear shoes in the shower, and well you get the picture. Its gonna kinda suck though cuz I have two major papers to write but oh well if I just get through this next month we will have one glorious month free of school work. Hallelujiah!
School has been so crazy lately. For the most part I like my classes but I am really starting to wonder if maybe secondary ed is not the right major for me. I mean, seriously, I don't know if I can really see myself teaching history for the rest of my life. Thats scarey! I dont know if I have the right personality to deal with high school aged kids. Its hard to tell. I'm thinking of switching into elementary ed. I mean I work with kids all summer so its definately something I'm used to. Then again, it is kinda nice to have older students cuz they are young adults and you can really talk to them more. Sooo I kno I wanna be a teacher. Now I just have to decide who and what to teach.
My one roomate is getting on my last nerve. I thought we would be good friends but every little thing I do pisses her off. Like opening my drawers to get clothes in the morning when she is trying to sleep.
