High school really throws me off sometimes.
You know how you spend your entire childhood running with a set group of friends. Even if you move alot, there's always like a certain type of people you gravitate towrards. Then you hit high school. Some times you stay friends but you start meeting new people. Not just new people like, new people in school, but like making friends from other schools, other towns and states.
By your senior year you have atleast one friend in every state and you could always find a place to stay no matter where you are in Rhode Island.
That kind of makes me smile. I always imagined i'd be sitting alongside my best friend living that Roamie and Michelle high school reunion type lifestyle.
Instead i'm hanging out in bristol/warren, living night club to night club, friends in every state and friends on the road, friends from home, friends in college, friends on tour, friends in europe.
My heart just skipped a beat. I'm so exciting to myself sometimes.
