Livin for the weekend

Howdy bumpilots.

Had an ACE weekend down in London. Spent Saturday chillin with Catherine on the well bum streets of Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Hoxton, Spitalfields and Canary Wharf. I impressively resisted buying a super awesome silver jacket from American Apparel, even though I could have *just* afforded it, AND it fit me and I looked all kinds of dashing ( in a Daft Punk, art fag kinda way ).

THEN I got a power button icon tattooed on the back of my neck. BIG thanks to all of you who texted me to say how CYBER and PHUTURE I am. HO fucking HO! The winner of bastard of the year however, goes to 10 years running winner ALASTAIR POWER who's immediate reply was 'A mute button would have been more useful'. Irish bastard! :)

Sunday was a day of jumping up and down on a stage in Camden as stand-in guitarist for Rosie's band SEIZE. Had a great time, with the ever wonderful company of my bestest friend Rosie, and Mark, Steven and Sandrine who are awesome.

When the shoot finally ended I met up with my old workmate Paddy for a drink, which was ace since I haven't seen him for a year.

back in my lovely little flat now. It's been a good night. After 2 hours, I managed to figure out how to stop the smoke alarm beeping at me. It's been beeping for FOUR DAYS. Good lord.

As if all that wasn't good enough, my lovely mum's coming up to visit tomorrow to try and get her Mac fixed. She's gonna treat me ( and everyone who has to look at me ) to a haircut for helping out. For those that missed the adventure, I had the back of my head shaved on TV a few weeks ago, and STILL haven't got it sorted out.

Oh yeah, on the subject of the back of my head, it was on TV again yesterday - Bravo's videogame program came to my work to film us. You get to see Graeme insulted and the back of my head for 1.3 seconds. Wooo! :) I'll put a link up tomorrow.

Anyway, um, yeah. My overriding feeling for the last week or so has been VERY tired, but happy. So I guess that's good.

Jya mata.
