Does this sentence mean something other than what I think it means? You acknowledge that JPMorgan Chase may disclose and transfer any information that you provide through this Website to (i) any company within the JPMorgan Chase group, its affiliates agents or information providers; [etc].

clearly JPMorgan has affiliates agents. Except if those affiliates agents are non-possessive, I don't get how they're both plural.

How does the self adhesiveness of the stamps relate to the bank's ability to use commas?

I considered the "affiliates' agents" possibility, but rejected it because it seemed unlikely that they would want their own affiliates and their own agents to be excluded!

The self adhesiveness of the stamps is relevant because I can still pay my bill my mail without agreeing to the terms quoted above.

So if you had the kind of stamp that needs to be moistened in order to stick the envelope, you'd have to agree to the new terms? I am deeply confused.

You mean you haven't encountered the "lick-through" licence agreements on web sites these days?

Clearly "affiliates agents" are like "collections agents". They're the agents who deal with affiliates. I think that's okay with a plural, so long as each agent doesn't handle a particular affiliate, but collectively deal with the group as a whole. And these people presumably tell the affiliates all sorts of things, and, not being JPMorgan Chase itself, aren't bound by the privacy policy. Or something.

I personally think that it needs a second comma to be a list of three classes of entities, rather than an appositive (JPMorgan Chase's affiliates are agents and information providers?).
