They're not all that polite, are they?

In ordering CFL tickets for our vacation in late June, I had to call the BC Lions office directly. (Ticketmaster Vancouver's accessible ticket line told me they had tickets available, but for some reason the computer wouldn't release the seats.) That's when I met Arlene.

She found the two seats, in the end zone just under the Sports Action Lounge: "Oh, you'll have a good view; when I go to the games, I watch from the Lounge."

She then got curious when she noticed my postal code actually made sense: "How long will you be staying in Vancouver? If you need some good restaurants, or tourist attractions, or any other questions, just call me at the office."

At that point, it got contagious, and I responded: "If I have any questions, I'll just yell in the Lounge for you during the game."
