Work trip, day 2

ATLANTA (Thursday) -- As for the work side, what can I say? George and Paul finished up the second half of the text, and the temperature finally met everyone's standards.

Lunch time found me at one of my favorite Atlanta hangouts: The Varsity, home of the "Whad'yahave? Whad'yahave? " (Otherwise, if you don't order promptly, the counter staff will just look at you slack-jawed until you respond.)

After class ended for the day, it was a trip on campus to Georgia Tech, where I picked up some needed office supplies and then for dinner I meandered my way over to the classic Tech hangout, Junior's Grill, located in the shadow of the football stadium.

And how cute is this? GT's campus paper is called the Technique.

And while there was an opportunity to see a production of "Wicked" at the Fox Theatre uptown, I elected instead to study for the certification exam. That doesn't mean I didn't sneak in Ugly Betty and The Office.
