Her parents are suing for loss of scholarship, stress -- all the whiny stuff you make up when you can't come up with a valid reason.
However, if her parents are successul, I may consider petitioning the court to retroactively (a)throw out my HS P.E. grade and (b)reset Yearbook to a non-weighted class in all three years that I attended. (It was weighted Junior year when #2 took it, but not Senior Year when I, #4, did.)
