Where the heck did you come up with that baloney? I have no idea what fields you're looking at but in mine a college degree is essential and I'm pretty much guaranteed a job when I graduate. And, as a McDonald's employee, I'm not even going to get into your last sentence.

I get my baloney from all sorts of different places :) . Fields like yours seem to be in the minority - I'm glad you're guaranteed a job (no sarcasm). I guess my last comment was a little flippant (I apologize. After all, I run a cash register), but I am growing more cynical by the day.

Please Lord, I hope that I never have to work flipping burgers! I love my dental assisting job and sometimes I wish I wanted to go into dental work because then I could take over my boss's office when he retires, but its just so damn boring. I do however know that psychologists (what Im going into) live in the land of unemployment. Hopefully, I can figure some way, maybe social work, or get some degree in teaching to keep me going while in unemployed. I just love to help people though and even though everyone says I wont get a job right out of college, Im still hoping that maybe I will.

I just wanted to say that I do agree with you, unless people are going into a feild like nursing where there is a shortage of nurses everywhere, you know? I just hope that my parents arent paying $300 a credit hour for me to be unemployed.
