Q1: You’ve used bed or futon for sleeping?
A1: I’ve used bed, but sometimes I’ve used futon too. I’m now having a double bed. Feather mattress can cause asthma, so I’m using sheepskin mattress.
Q2: Your favorite dish is Japanese food or Western food?
A2: Maybe it’s Japanese food. For me, the main dish is meat, because I like meat in Japanese style a lot. Beef steak can be counted as a Japanese food right? (laugh)
Q3: For a trip, you will travel within the country or go abroad?
A3 : Within the country. I wanna go to Okinawa! Last year I also went there, but I only stood on the beach. It was like I went to see the sea~
Q4: About sports, you prefer watching or playing?
A4: I prefer playing. Lately with my friends, we formed an amateur futsal team. Next time, we will play straight away without practicing.
Q5: An ideal date for you must be outdoor or at home?
A5: Recently I found that watching DVD at home together was really comfortable. Still, mountain climbing in summer is nice too~ I like both types of dating.
Q6: You’ll choose an action movie to watch or a romance one?
A6: I really like the feeling of excitement when watching movies, and the need of using my brains to understand it as well. A movie with a surprising ending for example, like Hitsuji tachi no chinmoku (The silence of the lambs)
Q7: In summer, you’ll choose going to the mountain or to the beach to relax?
A7: Beach. For me, if I could find some free time during working period and holiday, even if it’s really short, I’d go to the beach immediately. Recently I went to Odaiba too.
Q8: In love, you are “carnivore” or “herbivore”?
A8: 100% “carnivore”. Coz my rules when loving someone is “If failing in overwhelming, then keep overwhelming more”. Man must be “carnivore.”
*Note: “carnivore - nikushoku” and “herbivore - soshoku” : In Japan, a man who cares well for his family but is shy in love is called “soshoku”, meanwhile, the woman who is stronger is called “nikushoku”. Here, the reporter wanted to ask which type Koki was.
Q9: Your forte subjects are scientific ones or social ones?

A10: I’m good at both, but in KAT-TUN, I have to be Tsukkomi. Still I’ll be Boke if it’s with Nakamaru.
*Note: “Tsukkomi” and “Boke”: Those two are two types of characters usually appear in Japanese comedy. “Boke” is the character saying stupid things, and “Tsukkomi” is the one correcting Boke’s mistakes.
Q11: You’ll choose dogs or cats as your pets?
A11: It’s nice to have dogs. Cats are cute too, but they have some wild characters.
Q12: For shopping, you order via post office, or buy directly at shops?
A12: Lately I often order via post office. I bought electric utensils one time, and another time I won in a T-shirt auction.
Q13: In the future, you’ll have lots of children or not?
A13: I want to have about…enough to make a baseball team. But, if my daughter introduces her boyfriend to me, I’ll be really strict! (laugh)
Q14: For the opposite sex, you prefer a cute one or a beautiful one?
A14: To me, cute or beautiful, or any other appearances are fine. Personality and feeling are more important after all.
Q15: Your personality is characterized by optimism or pessimism?
A15: I have both. But these days, even if I fail, I won’t blame myself too long. By the way, today I’m in a very good mood ^^.
