This weekend was pretty good,
Friday I didn't have to work so Derek and went on a senic plane ride from the Gilford airport. Originaly he planed to go with his g/f but she couldn't go so I went with him. It was soo much fun. We flew over the highschool and you could see everything. There wasnt a cloud in the sky it was so much fun.
Then Saturday we went to the battle of the bands at Kingswood. There was like 14 bands there. The winner gets 6 hours of recording time at a studio in Rochester, and a spot on a radio show and their songs on the radio. Well Derek and I had to leave after we were done because we had to go home and get ready for prom. It was at the concord center for the arts. On my way there my mom called my cell phone and was like YOU GUYS WON!! I was like whaaaaat? Shes like yeah, you won the battle of the bands. I pretty much shit myself. One of the judges is a rep for an indy record lable in Nashvill, and he really likes us, so were hoping for the best. Then I got to prom, it was wicked fun. I took like 150 pics for yearbook. Then after I went home because I didn't have a whole lot of gas and I wasn't really hungry. When I got home people were being assholes and pretty much ruined my night so I went to bed. But hey, atleast we get to record a cd and be on the radio
