Okay. Here's the real update. But, before I start it, I want to tell you something I noticed about myself today. No matter what, I will always smile at people. Even if I'm very mad or hurt or upset in any way, if someone looks at me I will smile at them. No matter who they are or how I'm feeling, I will smile at them, even if it only lasts until they look away. I can't believe I had never noticed this until now. I only realized when my mom pinched me really hard while I was in pain so that I would forget about one pain and think about another. I was pissed off and hurting even more, but when she looked at me I still smiled, even though according to her I looked like I was about to cry.
Well, moving on to more important things, we have a new cat. His name is Nevermore, and he's the tiniest thing you ever did see. He's a Siamese-Tabby mix, and he's about a year old. He'll never grow bigger than he already is, according to the vet guy. Anyways, we found him last Monday when we went to take my mom's dog to the vet. Another lady had brought him in, apparently she'd found him in her garage. He had his front right arm stuck through his collar, and it had embedded itself in his side. Her husband hated cats, so we took Nevermore home after the vet had a look see.
He's taken over the entire house by now. He's the blinkin' I boss, I'm telling you. He knows what he wants and how to get it. There's nothing worse than a cat that has contorl, unless it's a cat that has control nad knows it. I love him too much to ever get mad at him, despite how much he deprives me of sleep and beats on my arm. Stupid cute little rat...
Tum te tum...let's see...what else.... Oh! We just got him back form the vet again. We left him there yesterday to get fixed up. He got fixed and fixed, as I like to say, 'cause the vet guy fixed up his arm and also had him fixed. He's got eight staples in him right now, and we take him back on the 28th to get 'em out.
Okay, let's see....aside from that not much has gone on. I mean, a lot has gone on, but I really don't want to put everything down on here. I'm kind of tired, and kind of lazy, and kind of hungry. But I will mention one last thing before I end this update: Dunkin Donuts.
Yes, that's right, after nearly six months I finally got Dunkin Donuts again. I had to pay for them myself, and I had to stare at mom a long while till she took me, but I got them. I found out one can purchase a dozen doughnuts and a bottle of milk here for only $7.81. I was really surprised at that. Maybe mom will take me more often if I offer to pay, ne?
Well, I've got to finish this off now. Have ta bug Katie-bird. She's in a bit of a bad mood. Maybe if i bug her she'll fell better, or at least be angry instead of downright upset.
