There was a knock on the door, as Ken arrived.

This place was really starting to make him nervous.

"Come in," Mack called, looking up. "It's not locked."

"You better be cool," Ken said as he pushed open the door and entered. "I refuse to spend the last semester of my life with a loser."

Mack raised an eyebrow at him. "Ooooooookay then. Who are you, anyway?"

"I'm Ken," he said. "And half of this room is now mine."

If only Mack had actually looked at the piece of paper that had been slipped under his door before putting it on his desk and putting the laptop on top of it.

Mack laughed. "You know there's a perfectly good gym in town for that sort of thing, right?"

"It's okay," Mack tried to assure him. "Working out is seriously nothing to be ashamed of."

"Yeah, if that's what you want to call it," Ken said. "Right, so, guess I don't have to worry about you bringing girls back."
