The Man that Ate the 747 (my notes to help the lazy ones)
the record keeper doesnt know wut love is and he is looking for a great record so he doesnt lose his job and then he got a letter about a man eating a 747 and without telling his boss he leaves for the town and he didnt tell his boss because the book of records isnt aloud to do self inflicted eating or something but since the eating of the plane was for love he figured he could pull it off.
he meets the guy who is eating the plane and at first he says he isnt but after promising that the town will profit and wont die off, the man eating the 747 agrees to it, keeping in mind that he is doing it for the love of the girl
and then a thousand reporters and torists show up and the town is prosperous like never before and then sooner or later the man of the record book falls in love with the girl that the guy eating the 747 is trying to prove his love to and the girl likes the record guy and they fuck and that same night the record guy found out that the deal for the 747 was off and he was too afraid to tell the town and hurt the people
and so the next day after the girl and him fucked they drove to the farm where the 747 was and the reporters and everyone was leaving and the guy eating the 747 was mad and everyone was upset when they realised wut happened
and the girl was upset and the man eating the 747 seeing that she was upset and in the same car as the guy of the records he realised the guy of the records hurt her somehow and punched the guy of the records out and messed up his perfect nose
and the guy of the records left town and went to another place where there was a record for standing still or something and he started and like a couple hours into the record taking the guy of the records left and went back to the town to find the girl and apologize to everyone
he got sick and so the town finished the 747 and that was the guy of the record's idea to apologize
and in the end the girl married the guy of the records and lived hapily ever after
and the man eating the 747 fell in love with the girl's best friend who was always there for him and just like the girl he origionally loved and how she didnt notice him for so long, he didn't notice the best friend who was right under his nose the whole time
ok and that sums up the whole book. I finished it in 2 nights and it wasn't that hard to read. For details on the story line and everything, I would recomend to read the book even though the majority of people don't read it, it's always a way to fill in time gaps where you're bored. a warning though, in the beginning it's a bit boring cuz all the guy is doing is reciting facts about the records but u also learn y he is alone.
