Physical Features: I generally assume that Setsuna is around somewhere, stalking as a tinybodyguard can. Other than that, Konoka is generally your tiny, adorable Japanese schoolgirl wearing cute clothes. Generally dresses and the like, she is a very feminine character in that regard.
What's Okay To Mention: Not only is Konoka from Negima and thus used to your tentacle monsters, random strippings and tiny kids who can fry you with their fingertips, she is also one of the people who knows what's going on in Negima and thus is pretty unfazable about your crazy stuff. If you're going to mention the magic thing or anything that's taken place in her canon, then please let me know beforehand! I normally roll with stuff, but I do appreciate a heads up. We cool? We cool.
Abilities:
Pactio: Flabellum Euri and Flabellum Australe
As a result of a magical contract with Negi Springfield, Konoka has an outfit, complete with fans, that will allow her to heal any injury that takes place within three minutes. As canon progresses, Konoka's gotten more powerful in regards to how much power she can throw through her pactio and how big something is that she can heal. At full power, her soul quite literally leaves her body and she's able to bring a person back from the brink of death -- at the moment this leaves her drained but seeing the later chapters and how she can heal a dragon, this may not be a problem soon. Konoka can also, through her card, teleport to wherever Negi is and talk to him telepathically.
Magical Abilities
Konoka is also a mage in her own right, and a ridiculously powerful one. That said, she's still very untrained. She's shown some proficiency in using practice spells and minor healing spells, along with telekinesis. Konoka can also form "pactios" or magical contracts of her own, but they require both her to kiss her contractual partner and a magical circle drawn. I can't see this coming up too often until she actually does it in canon, because I wouldn't want to presume anything juuuuuust yet.
Fortune Telling
Konoka loev divination although we have yet to see her demonstrate any kind of precognition as of yet. She is in training to be an onmyouji, but ... no dice yet.
Notes for Psychics Yes, Konoka really is that happy. I think we once described her as Negima!Kinomoto Sakura and it really fits. Basically she is very much :D :D :D about things, she's dizzy and sunny and sweet and a lot smarter than she appears. She's just ... occasionally oblivious sometimes. You may ping on the whole magic thing because she apparently has a lot of it, and there may be a bit of residual :/ about being used to summon a demon that one time but yes. What you see with Konoka is what you get.
Shapeshifting/Bodyswapping/Spitting at/Stepping on/Etc: Yes/Yes/WHY WOULD YOU/YOU MONSTER/etc.
Hugging/Kissing/Other Non-Violent Physical Contact: Go nuts, although if she doesn't know you, then it will be weird and she will react accordingly.
Maim/Murder/Death: I'm going to have to say no on all of the above. Konoka's a non-combatant and she's normally the one saving others from death. It would just be weird to have her getting killed.
Emo/Angst/Drama: BRING IT ON. Konoka is occasionally perceptive but is a Negima girl. So watching her try and work through your problems will put them all into perspective or you will just take pity on her and give it to someone else.
Cooking: IS A LEGEND. Seriously, Konoka is awesome at cooking and cleaning and all that sort of thing.
